Job Title: Customer Support Executive

We are hiring International Customer Support Executives for our growing customer service team.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and prior experience in international voice process, international email support, customer support, BPO, or international call center.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
- Respond to customer queries through Chat and Email.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers.
- Maintain professional and positive communication with customers.
- Resolve customer issues within defined timelines.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
- Follow company processes, quality standards, and SOPs.
- Achieve assigned productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience is mandatory.
- Maximum 34 years of experience preferred.
- Freshers are not eligible.




- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Prior experience in International Voice / International Email / Customer Support / BPO / Call Center will be preferred.
- Valuable listening and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with international customers.
- Willingness to work in international/rotational shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills.
