Job Summary:

Customer Care executive is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of front office and patient service desks, ensuring smooth patient flow, efficient service delivery, and high standards of patient satisfaction.

Qualification:

Graduate / Postgraduate in Hospitality, Healthcare Management, or Business Administration

Experience:

2 to 6 years of experience in customer care or front office roles,

Key Deliverables:

1. Front office operations at OPD, IPD, Emergency, and helpdesks.
2. Monitor registration, appointment scheduling, admissions, and discharge processes to ensure service quality and TAT.
3. Resolve patient complaints, queries, or escalations promptly and empathetically.
4. Coordinate with clinical, nursing, billing, diagnostics, and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient journey.
5. Prepare staff duty rosters, manage shift planning,



and ensure adequate manpower across service counters.
6. Ensure timely data entry, documentation, and compliance with NABH standards and hospital SOPs.
7. Conduct regular briefings, service audits, and on-the-job training for the customer care team.
8. Monitor and maintain discipline, grooming standards, and professional conduct of front-line staff.
9. Compile reports on patient feedback, complaints, and service performance metrics.
10. Support current service initiatives, patient education programs, and quality improvement efforts.
11. Respond / revert to mails receive from patient pertaining to patient reports, OPD consultation or investigation
