Role & Responsibilities

- Supervise civil construction and maintenance work at project sites.

- Read and interpret civil and architectural working drawings.

- Coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants and other agencies to ensure timely execution of work.

- Monitor quality of work and ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.

- Liaise with relevant government departments and authorities as required.

- Provide regular site updates and progress reports to the Managing Director.
