WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Robust experience in HL / LAP / Secured Lending

Relevant NBFC / Housing Finance experience preferred

Proven experience in Branch Business & Team Management

Solid customer acquisition and market development skills

Ability to drive branch profitability and business growth

Strong understanding of Credit, Operations & Portfolio Quality

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive branch business growth across HL & LAP

Lead and motivate the branch sales team





Develop customer and DSA/Channel Partner relationships

Achieve business & disbursement targets

Monitor portfolio quality and policy adherence

Coordinate with Credit, Operations & Collections

Drive overall branch productivity and profitability
