Branch Manager Gold Loan | NBFC

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage overall branch operations and Gold Loan business growth.
- Achieve branch sales, disbursement, portfolio and revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate and monitor the branch sales & operations team.
- Drive new customer acquisition, repeat business and customer retention.
- Ensure proper gold appraisal, documentation, KYC, disbursement and collection processes.
- Monitor branch productivity, profitability and operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, compliance and audit requirements.
- Handle customer queries, escalations and ensure excellent customer service.
- Conduct regular team reviews and take corrective actions to achieve business targets.
- Maintain branch security and safe custody of gold as per company guidelines.

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 3 to 8 years of experience in Gold Loan / NBFC / Banking.




- Strong sales, team handling and branch management skills.
- Valuable communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of Gold Loan products, operations and compliance preferred.
