Role & Responsibilities

- Prepare and monitor project schedules, work plans and progress against targets.

- Prepare BOQs, detailed quantity estimates and quantity take-offs from drawings.

- Verify site measurements and prepare RA Bills / contractor bills.

- Review and certify contractor measurements and billing documents.

- Conduct rate analysis and support estimation, tendering and cost evaluation.

- Monitor project costs, quantities, material consumption and budget.

- Track project progress and prepare DPR, MIS and management reports.

- Coordinate with project, execution, consultants, contractors and billing teams.

- Identify variations, extra items and deviations and maintain proper records.

- Prepare material reconciliation and assist in cost control.

- Ensure billing and quantities are aligned with approved drawings, BOQs and work orders.

- Support project planning, resource monitoring and timely completion of works.

Preferred Candidate Profile





- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred; Diploma in Civil Engineering may be considered based on experience.

- 815 years of relevant experience in planning, billing, quantity surveying and cost control.

- Experience in large-scale construction, hospital, medical college, institutional or infrastructure projects preferred.

- Strong knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, rate analysis, RA bills, contractor billing, measurements and quantity reconciliation.

- Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 / MS Project, AutoCAD and MS Excel.

- Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, contracts and work orders.

- Solid analytical, coordination and reporting skills.

- Candidates with experience handling large-value projects and multiple contractors will be preferred.
