- Key Responsibilities – Planning & Billing Engineer

- Prepare and manage client-wise billing for material testing services, including Soil, Cement, Bitumen, Aggregate, Sand, Concrete and other construction material tests.

- - Prepare quotations, estimates, rate sheets, Proforma Invoices and final invoices as per approved rates, Purchase Orders (PO), Work Orders (WO) and client requirements.

- - Verify testing quantities, sample details, test rates and completed testing records before preparation and submission of bills.

- - Maintain proper records of client enquiries, quotations, POs/WOs, samples received, tests completed, reports issued, invoices raised and payments received.

- - Coordinate with Laboratory, Technical, Quality, Sample/Reception and Accounts teams for timely completion of testing, documentation and billing.

- - Track pending samples, ongoing tests,



completed tests and reports to ensure timely billing and avoid missed or delayed invoices.

- - Prepare client-wise billing statements, monthly billing plans, outstanding statements, payment follow-up reports and MIS reports for management.

- - Regularly follow up with clients regarding quotation approval, PO/WO issuance, invoice submission, payment certification and outstanding payments.

- - Maintain Excel-based trackers and reports for billing, revenue, pending payments, client-wise business, test-wise quantities and monthly performance.

- - Ensure all billing documents are accurate, properly supported and submitted within timelines while maintaining coordination with clients and internal departments.
