We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable individual for the post of Accountant to oversee our daily accounts and admin work. The ideal candidate should have a solid experience of complete bookkeeping in Tally ERP, Stock keeping, Invoice creation, Purchase orders, Store Management, Data entry in accounting software such as Vyapaar etc, writing emails, Microsoft excel and general computer knowledge.

Candidates must have experience of GST returns (GST R1, 3B etc) filing and managing daily admin work and handling petty cash expenses

Role & responsibilities

Complete Tally data entry and bookkeeping

GST returns (GST R1, 3B etc) filing

Managing daily admin work and petty cash expenses

Invoice Creation, Purchase invoice , Bank , expense etc data entry in accounting software

Maintaining stock registers

Store inventory management and record keeping

Microsoft Excel

Managing all day to day admin operations and paper work

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 1 year experience as an accountant.
