TREAT is looking for VTL Machine Operators to operate Vertical Turning Lathe (VTL) machines and perform machining operations as per production requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate VTL machines safely and efficiently.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and job specifications.
- Perform OD turning, ID turning, facing, boring, grooving, drilling and threading operations.
- Set, clamp and align components properly on the VTL machine.
- Select suitable cutting tools and inserts.
- Set and monitor speed, feed and depth of cut.
- Check dimensions using Vernier caliper, micrometer, bore gauge, dial gauge and other measuring instruments.
- Monitor machining operations and maintain required dimensional accuracy.
- Identify tool wear, vibration, chatter and machining defects.
- Perform tool changes and basic machine adjustments.
- Inspect finished components as per drawing and quality requirements.




- Maintain machine cleanliness and good housekeeping.
- Follow production schedules and achieve assigned targets.
- Follow all safety procedures and use mandatory PPE.
- Report machine, tooling or quality issues to the Supervisor.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Qualification & Requirements
- ITI / Diploma – Mechanical preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic knowledge of VTL operation and engineering drawings is preferred.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing setting.

Salary Freshers: Take-home approximately ₹13,500 per month.

Experienced Candidates: Salary will be based on relevant experience, skills and performance.
