Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the overall showroom appearance and customer experience.

· Design and execute attractive product displays, window displays, and in-store visual concepts that align with the company's branding and marketing objectives.

· Source and coordinate props, display materials, fixtures, and accessories required for visual merchandising activities.

· Collaborate with the Marketing, Design, and Sales teams to support product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal displays.

· Ensure consistency in visual presentation across all showroom displays in line with brand guidelines.

· Capture high-quality product and showroom photographs for marketing, promotional materials, and digital platforms.

· Assist in creating visual content, including images and videos, for social media, website, and promotional campaigns.

· Set up and manage lighting, cameras, and photography equipment for product and lifestyle shoots.

· Monitor current fashion, retail, and visual merchandising trends to introduce innovative display concepts.

· Maintain showroom standards by regularly updating displays, product placements, and promotional materials.

· Ensure visual displays are clean, organized, and appealing while maximizing product visibility and customer engagement.

Qualification

· Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Interior Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related discipline.





Experience

· 2–3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail Display, Brand Presentation, or Store Visual Design.

· Experience in the Fashion, Home Textile, Lifestyle, Retail, or D2C industry will be preferred.

Required Skills

· Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.

· Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Lightroom, or Canva will be an added advantage.

· Experience in product photography and basic video editing.

· Good understanding of lighting, camera handling, composition, and visual storytelling.

· Solid knowledge of fashion, retail, home décor, and current visual merchandising trends.

· Creative thinking with a keen eye for colour, styling, product placement, and aesthetics.

· Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for planning and reporting.

· Experience in creating engaging retail environments and showroom displays.

· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.

· Self-motivated, creative, and proactive with excellent time-management skills.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
