Our products illuminate everything from commercial spaces to architectural landmarks, combining functionality with refined design.

As a Visual Communications Executive within the Brand and Communications team, you will play a key role in translating LEDFlex’s vision and technical excellence into visually engaging presentations and materials. Working closely with teams across London, Dubai, and Hyderabad, you will design and develop client decks, product showcases, and project presentations that reflect LEDFlex’s premium identity. This role requires a highly organised, design-minded professional with strong PowerPoint skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining visual consistency and storytelling clarity.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Create, design, and refine presentations for internal and external use,

including client decks, product showcases, and project case studies; ensuring they reflect LEDFlex’s premium visual identity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to gather accurate information, visuals, and key messages for each presentation.
- Liaise with internal departments such as Sales, Technical, Graphics, Product Visualisation, and Design to source relevant content and data.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining strong attention to detail while meeting tight deadlines and prioritising deliverables.
- Ensure visual and textual consistency across all presentation materials,

adhering to LEDFlex’s brand guidelines for layout, typography, and colour use.
- Develop and enhance presentation templates,



supporting the continuous refinement of LEDFlex’s visual communication toolkit.
- Contribute to visual storytelling for major initiatives such as global campaigns, product launches, and international project showcases.

Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint is mandatory. Experience with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or Figma is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in presentation design, visual communication, or a similar creative role.
- Strong understanding of layout, composition, and brand visual systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality output on time.
- Passion for design, branding, and visual storytelling — with a creative mindset and a structured approach.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in design, Communications, Marketing, or a related creative field.
