The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of visa filing procedures, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities of a Visa Filing Expert:

- Collect, verify, and organize all required documents for visa applications.
- Accurately prepare and file study, tourist, work, and PR visa applications.
- Ensure applications comply with embassy/immigration requirements and timelines.




- Coordinate with students/clients to resolve missing or incorrect documentation.
- Maintain records of all filed applications and keep track of their progress.
- Communicate with counsellors, clients, and other departments for smooth processing.
- Stay updated with the latest visa rules, policies, and embassy updates.
- Provide professional support and guidance to clients during the visa process.
- Handle queries and resolve issues related to visa filing efficiently.
- Meet deadlines while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
