We are looking for a Visa Backend Executive who will be responsible for managing visa documentation, application processing, client coordination, and day-to-day backend operations.

Key Responsibilities

Handle tourist, business, e-visa and other international visa applications.

Collect and verify client documents as per country-specific requirements.

Prepare and organize visa application forms and supporting documents.

Check documents for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and validity before submission.

Coordinate with clients for missing or additional documents.

Prepare cover letters, invitation-related documentation, itineraries, hotel bookings, flight reservations and other supporting documents when required.

Maintain proper records of all applications and client documents.

Track visa application status, appointments, biometrics and submission timelines.

Coordinate with embassies,



VFS/TLS/visa centres and other relevant authorities wherever required.

Keep updated records of visa requirements and document checklists for different countries.

Follow up with clients regarding pending documents and application updates.

Maintain confidentiality and securely handle client passports and personal documents.

Update internal CRM/Excel/Google Drive and maintain proper file management.

Coordinate with the sales/front-office team to ensure smooth handover of confirmed visa cases.

Assist in resolving client queries related to documentation and application procedures.

Ensure every application is processed within the committed timeline.

Perform other visa backend and administrative tasks assigned by management.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
