What role will you play?

In this role, you will engineer, support and continuously improve our enterprise virtual desktop and application platforms, with a primary focus on Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop. You will work across pooled and personal desktop environments, RemoteApp services and support Azure technologies to deliver secure, reliable and scalable services. You will also help resolve complex technical issues, improve operational efficiency and support the continued expansion of the platform

What You Offer

- Advanced expertise in Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), including architecture, configuration, optimisation, and support of pooled and personal desktop environments, RemoteApp services, and associated Microsoft Azure technologies.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities with the ability to diagnose complex platform, performance, application delivery, and end-user experience issues in enterprise environments.
- Proficiency in platform operations and lifecycle management, including performance monitoring,



capacity planning, availability management, patching, upgrades, and service resilience practices.
- Effective stakeholder collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across business, infrastructure, cyber security, and application teams to support service adoption and integration requirements.
- Demonstrated commitment to operational excellence, leveraging automation, engineering best practices, documentation standards, and IT service management disciplines to drive continuous improvement and service reliability.
