Role Description The Videographer & Video Editor role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The role involves planning and shooting high-quality video content for training programs, promotional materials, social media, and events. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting up cameras and lighting, recording lectures and workshops, capturing interviews and testimonials, and ensuring clear audio-visual quality.

The Videographer & Video Editor will also edit footage into polished videos, add graphics, transitions, and basic sound design,



and optimize content for multiple platforms. Collaboration with faculty, marketing, and operations teams is expected to ensure all video materials align with brand standards and learning objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Video Production skills, including pre-production planning, shooting, and post-production editing.
- Candidates should possess skills in Camera Operation and handling Camera equipment for different shooting scenarios.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lighting and Shooting Video to ensure clear, well-composed, and professional visuals.
- Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
- Basic knowledge of audio recording and mixing for clear sound in educational and promotional videos.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune Division and collaborate effectively with trainers and staff.
- Robust attention to detail, time management, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Relevant education or certification in film, media, communication, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is valued.
