Bverse Labs Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and hands-on Videographer & Video Editor who can independently manage the complete video production process — from shooting and camera setup to editing and final delivery.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of short-form content and be comfortable creating engaging videos for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Shoot high-quality Reels, short-form videos, talking-head videos, promotional videos and behind-the-scenes content.
- Handle camera setup, framing, composition, lighting, angles and basic audio setup.
- Plan and execute video shoots based on content requirements.
- Edit videos into engaging, platform-friendly content with appropriate cuts, transitions, captions, music and effects.
- Create content suitable for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn.
- Work on hooks, pacing and visual storytelling to improve audience retention.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, reel formats and editing styles.
- Collaborate with the content/social media team on ideas, scripts and shoot concepts.
- Manage raw footage and organize video assets properly.




- Ensure videos are delivered within the required timelines.

Requirements
- Fresher to 1 years of experience in videography, video production, content creation or a related field.
- Good knowledge of camera handling, framing, lighting and shooting techniques.
- Strong video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects or similar software.
- Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other short-form video formats.
- Valuable sense of creativity, visual composition and storytelling.
- Ability to independently handle both shooting and editing.
- Comfortable working in an on-site office environment.
- Candidates with a portfolio/showreel of previous work will be preferred.
