Role Description: The Video Producer will manage end-to-end video production for projects at Muttaz Experience Center. This full time, on-site role based in Trivandrum involves planning concepts, developing scripts or treatments, coordinating shoots, and overseeing the technical and creative aspects of production. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with designers, motion artists, and other stakeholders, organizing production schedules, managing assets, and ensuring deliverables meet brand and project goals.

Producer will supervise editing and post-production workflows, provide clear feedback to the production team, and maintain quality standards across all video content. The role also includes troubleshooting production challenges, optimizing processes, and contributing ideas for new formats and experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Pre-Production & Planning:
- Conceptualize, pitch, and script creative video concepts aligned with brand strategy and campaign objectives.
- Plan shooting schedules, scout locations, organize prop setups,



and create detailed storyboards or shot lists.
- Production & Videography:
- Direct and operate professional camera gear, lighting setups, and audio equipment during studio and field shoots.
- Capture dynamic B-roll, product showcases, promo reels, customer testimonials, and social media content.
- Ensure high technical standards in framing, lighting, exposure, and sound recording.
- Post-Production & Editing:
- Assembly cut, fine edit, and deliver polished video assets across various aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1).
- Apply professional color grading, sound design, audio leveling, and music synchronization.
- Integrate motion graphics, energetic titles, lower thirds, and captions optimized for digital platforms.
- Asset Management & Operations:
- Archive, organize, and maintain raw footage, project files, and media assets in a structured storage system.
- Maintain, inspect, and manage camera gear, lenses, lighting kits, and audio accessories.
