We are looking for a versatile, sharp Video Editor who excels at two distinct styles: high-energy viral short-form content for D2C/social brands, and clean, high-retention corporate storytelling for B2B clients.

What You Will Do

B2B & Corporate Video Editing: Edit polished corporate films, founder-led thought leadership reels, case studies, product walkthroughs, and client testimonial videos that look premium and trustworthy.

Trend & Short-Form Content: Scout daily trending audio, formats, and viral hooks on Instagram to produce fast-paced, high-engagement Reels and performance ads.

AI-Assisted Workflow: Utilize generative AI video and audio platforms (Runway, Midjourney, Pika, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, CapCut AI) to storyboard, produce b-roll, generate voiceovers, and streamline production.

Color Grading & Polish: Execute professional color grading, cinematic LUT workflows, sound design,



subtle text animations, and clean corporate typography.

Creative Strategy: Translate complex B2B offerings into visually engaging, simple narratives while maintaining strict brand consistency.

What We Are Looking For

Robust portfolio showcasing both high-retention social Reels and structured B2B/corporate edits (founder interviews, explainer videos, or agency case studies).

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve, plus mobile-native tools like CapCut.

Solid grasp of color grading, pacing, audio mastering, and lower-third motion design.

Practical knowledge of AI creative tools to enhance asset creation and editing efficiency.

Keen eye for pacing differences: knowing when to cut fast for viral social media versus letting a B2B insight breathe with authority.

Location: Based in Mumbai.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
