Role Description This is a full time, on-site Video Editor role based in Mumbai.

The Video

Editor will manage end-to-end post-production, including assembling raw footage, creating narrative flow, adding transitions, sound, and visual effects, and exporting final assets for multiple platforms.

Responsibilities include collaborating closely with designers, art directors, and strategists to translate concepts into dynamic video content for campaigns, social media, brand films, and experimental projects. The role involves color grading, basic audio balancing, integrating motion graphics, and maintaining visual consistency with brand guidelines and project moodboards.

Editor will also organize project files, manage media libraries, and maintain an effective editing workflow while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, including structuring stories, pacing, and preparing content for multiple digital formats and aspect ratios.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to enhance visual tone, maintain consistency across shots, and adapt looks for various platforms and brand needs.
- Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to create or integrate titles, lower thirds, simple animations, and on-screen design elements.
- Comfort with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve; After Effects or similar for motion work).
- Strong visual storytelling sense, attention to detail, and the ability to work from loose briefs, moodboards, or experimental ideas.
- Ability to collaborate on-site in Mumbai, respond positively to feedback, and manage multiple projects and timelines.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, communication, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience and portfolio.
- A showreel or portfolio demonstrating creative, unconventional, and digitally native video work is required.
