We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Video Editor to join our media production team and craft engaging visual content for websites, social media channels, brand campaigns, and client projects.

​Role Overview

​As a Video Editor at SyncIt Web Solution, you will transform raw footage and audio assets into polished, captivating short-form and long-form videos. You will work closely with our graphic designers, content creators, and marketing team to deliver high-quality visual content that aligns with client goals and brand standards.

​Key Responsibilities

- ​Video Editing & Sequencing: Edit raw footage, trim segments, assemble clips, and ensure smooth transitions, pacing, and continuity.
- ​Social Media Content: Produce short-form engaging content optimized for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- ​Audio & Sound Design: Select appropriate background tracks, balance audio levels, clean up background noise, and sync sound effects.
- ​Color Grading & Effects: Apply color correction and grading to improve visual quality; design basic motion graphics, lower thirds, and titles.
- ​Team Collaboration: Work with the marketing and design teams to translate creative briefs and feedback into compelling final cuts.
- ​File Management:



Maintain organized asset archives, backup files, and follow standard folder structures for easy team collaboration.

​Key Requirements & Qualifications

- ​Experience: Proven 1–3+ years of experience as a Video Editor or Motion Graphics Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse video work.
- ​Software Proficiency: Mastery of industry-standard video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro).
- ​Creative Eye: Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, color balance, and composition.
- ​Technical Knowledge: Understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, resolutions, and export settings tailored for web and social platforms.
- ​Soft Skills: Ability to handle tight deadlines, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and communicate effectively.

​Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

- ​Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator).
- ​Experience with 2D motion graphics and animated text overlays.
- ​Understanding of social media video trends, hook strategies, and viral content formats.
