Key Responsibilities

- Edit raw video into engaging short clips using punch-ins, speed ramps, and retention-focused cuts.

- Design captivating visual hooks, agile transitions, and kinetic typography/captions.

- Enhance videos with sound effects, trending audio, relevant memes, and strategic B-roll.

- Track content performance and refine editing styles to maximize watch time and shares.

Requirements

- Strong portfolio of short-form content (Reels/Shorts) edited for creators or founders.

- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects or CapCut is a plus).

- Deep understanding of visual storytelling, audio design, and social media trends.

- Fast turnaround time and an eye for pacing and framing.
