Role Description This is a full time Video Editor role based in Hisar, offered in a hybrid work model that combines on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing and assembling raw footage into engaging video content tailored for digital marketing campaigns, social media, and brand promotions. Day-to-day tasks include organizing video assets, applying cuts and transitions, syncing audio, performing color correction and grading, and adding motion graphics or visual elements to enhance storytelling. The role also involves collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to align video output with campaign objectives, maintaining brand consistency, and meeting deadlines for multiple projects.

Editor is expected to stay updated on video trends, optimize content for various digital platforms, and ensure deliverables meet technical and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for creating polished, professional video content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent visual tone and high-quality aesthetics.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance videos with dynamic titles, overlays, and visual elements.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) is preferred.
- Experience creating content for digital marketing, social media platforms, and online advertising campaigns is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously are important.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to incorporate feedback constructively.
- A relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is an advantage.
