Role Description The Video Editor (Remote) will be responsible for creating, editing, and refining video content that supports Adtellect’s performance marketing campaigns and brand communication. This full-time remote role involves assembling raw footage, applying transitions, color correction, and sound enhancements, and ensuring videos align with campaign goals and brand guidelines.

The Video

Editor will collaborate with marketing strategists, copywriters, and designers to produce ads, promotional videos, social media content, and educational materials for real estate and coaching clients. Day-to-day tasks include managing project timelines, organizing media assets,



optimizing video formats for different platforms, and iterating based on performance metrics and stakeholder feedback.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for marketing, ads, and social media content.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading and basic sound enhancement to ensure high-quality, consistent visuals.
- Ability to create Motion Graphics and integrate Graphics elements to enhance storytelling and brand identity.
- Experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects).
- Understanding of social media and digital advertising formats (Meta Ads, short-form content, reels, stories).
- Solid attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote setup.
- Effective communication skills and openness to feedback in a collaborative, data-driven environment.
- Relevant experience in performance marketing, real estate, or coaching sectors is a plus; a degree or certification in film, media, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
