Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Bengaluru.

The Video

Editor will assemble, edit, and refine educational video content, ensuring clear storytelling and alignment with NPrep’s learning objectives.

Responsibilities include collaborating with instructional designers and subject matter experts, organizing raw footage, selecting key clips, and applying transitions, effects, and titles to produce engaging lessons. The role involves color grading, basic sound refinements, and integrating motion graphics or graphical elements to enhance learner engagement.

The Video

Editor will also manage media assets, adhere to brand guidelines, meet production timelines, and contribute creative ideas to optimize video-based learning experiences.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production for educational or similar content.




- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and quality.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to support learning and engagement.
- Experience with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects or equivalents).
- Attention to detail, robust visual storytelling abilities, and an understanding of pacing for instructional videos.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects to deadlines.
- Relevant diploma or degree in film, media, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in e-learning, education technology, or healthcare-focused content is an advantage.
