Role Overview:
Work on editing reels, after movies, social media videos, and short form content. This role requires technical skill, creative rhythm, and speed.
Role Description:
This is a full time, on site role based in Indore for a Video Editor. You will be responsible for editing reels, after movies, interviews, event highlights, and long form content for multiple ongoing projects. Daily tasks include reviewing raw footage, assembling timelines, adding transitions and audio, refining visual flow, and delivering export ready videos aligned with brand style.
The role involves working closely with the creative, production, and social media teams to create engaging and high retention video content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit storytelling-led videos, after movies, trailers, reels, interviews and promotional content
- Create high-quality motion graphics,
animated titles and visual transitions
- Work efficiently with large volumes of raw footage, audio files and other creative assets
- Identify strong moments within extensive footage and build clear narratives around them
- Translate briefs, scripts and raw ideas into polished videos
- Handle colour correction, sound design, subtitles and final exports
- Create platform-specific edits for Instagram, YouTube and other digital channels
- Manage multiple projects and deliver within fast turnaround timelines
- Organise project files and maintain structured footage and asset libraries
- Collaborate closely with the content, design and marketing teams
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of relevant professional video-editing experience
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
- Strong portfolio featuring storytelling videos and motion graphics
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines
- Experience managing and editing heavy volumes of footage and data
- Robust understanding of pacing, narrative structure, music and visual rhythm
- Working knowledge of colour grading, sound mixing and video formats
- Excellent file-management and project-organisation skills
- Ability to understand feedback and execute revisions efficiently
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of visual quality
