Moh Maaya Media is a creative and performance marketing agency. We make content for brands and for our founder's personal brand, mostly short-form video for Instagram and YouTube. We're building our in-house video team in Pune, and this is one of the first seats on it.
About the Role
We're looking for a video editor who already knows the basics and wants to get seriously good. You'll edit Reels, Shorts, and brand videos every day, work directly with the founder, and learn how content is made to perform, not just to look nice.
If you have some editing experience and a real hunger to learn, we want to hear from you. Your salary is decided by your skill and portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) for our personal brand and client accounts
- Cut raw footage into clean, engaging videos with strong hooks and good pacing
- Add captions, music, sound effects, transitions, and basic motion graphics
- Take feedback and turn around revisions quickly
- Keep project files and footage organised
- Stay updated on content trends and editing styles
What We're Looking For
- Some experience in video editing (freelance, college, personal projects all count)
- Working knowledge of Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar software
- A portfolio or sample videos you can share
- Genuine interest in learning and improving your editing
- Basic understanding of Instagram and YouTube content
- Able to work from our Wakad office full time
- Bonus: any shooting or videography experience
