Role Description The Video Editor role at Kaidoko is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi. In this role, the Video Editor will plan, assemble, and edit video content for educational, skilling, and mental wellbeing products, including promotional materials, explainer videos, and social media assets. Day-to-day responsibilities include selecting and organizing raw footage, applying transitions, synchronizing audio, performing color correction and grading, and refining visual storytelling to align with brand guidelines.

Editor will collaborate closely with content creators, designers, and subject-matter experts to translate complex ideas into engaging visual narratives tailored for digital platforms.



The role also involves optimizing videos for different formats and channels, maintaining organized project files, and meeting production timelines in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Video Editing for end-to-end creation and refinement of video content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency, mood, and quality across projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics to create engaging animated elements, titles, and infographics.
- Candidates should possess skills in Graphics to collaborate on visual assets, layouts, and branding elements for video.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Strong visual storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and an understanding of digital and social media formats.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a structured yet agile workplace.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, communications, or a related field is beneficial; prior experience in edtech or mental wellbeing content is a plus.
