We are a performance marketing and video production agency with offices in Bilaspur and Raipur. We build content and run paid campaigns for growing regional businesses, and we are judged on results, not views —

which means the work has to be quick, consistent and good.

We are expanding to more cities this year. The editing desk is at the centre of that expansion.

The role

You will edit short-form video — reels, ads and brand films — for multiple client accounts at the same time. This is a high-volume desk. Deliverables go out every single working day, on a tracker, against deadlines that clients can see.

We are not looking for someone who makes one beautiful edit a month. We are looking for someone who can ship a high standard repeatedly, hold the same quality at 6 PM as at 11 AM, and take feedback without ego.

What you will do

Edit short-form video, daily

- Cut reels and ad creatives from raw shoot footage, stock and screen assets
- Work to a brief: hook in the first 2 seconds, clear message, clean CTA at the end
- Match each client's look — colour, font, pacing, logo treatment — without being told twice

Sound, text and finish

- Sync music,



voiceover and sound design; keep levels consistent across a batch
- Build clean subtitles and animated text in Hindi, Hinglish and English
- Basic colour correction and grade so footage from different shoots sits together

Motion graphics

- Simple, bold motion work — lower thirds, offer cards, number animations, transitions
- Build reusable templates so the desk gets faster every month, instead of starting from zero each time

Own your delivery

- Update the production tracker yourself — status, version, delivery date
- Turn around client revisions inside the agreed window and log what changed
- Manage your own files and folder structure so any editor can pick up your project

Work with the team Take the shoot brief from the content strategist and flag what is missing before you start cutting

- Tell the campaign team which creatives are performing and what you would change in the next batch
- Support the shoot team on set occasionally when production needs an extra hand

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
