PPO Opportunity | Performance-Based Are you someone who can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping Reels, high-converting ads, and engaging brand content? We’re looking for a Video Editor Intern who already knows the basics of editing and wants to work on real brand and performance marketing projects. ? What You'll Work On - Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, Meta Ads & other short-form content

- Create performance-focused video ads designed to capture attention and drive conversions
- Work with hooks, pacing, subtitles, sound design, transitions and motion graphics
- Repurpose one piece of content into multiple platform-specific formats
- Work closely with the Brand, Content & Performance Marketing teams
- Experiment with trending formats, editing styles and creative concepts
- Take ownership of projects from raw footage → final export ? What We're Looking For - Someone with a strong eye for visual storytelling, pacing and detail
- Good understanding of Reels, social media trends and digital advertising




- Hands-on experience with Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut / Final Cut Pro or similar tools
- Ability to create clean, engaging edits rather than just basic cuts
- Personal projects, freelance work, college projects or previous internships are highly valued
- A portfolio/showreel is strongly preferred
- Ability to work from our Gurugram office ? Freshers are welcome — but you should be able to show us what you can create. ?
