Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Video Editor at JUAA®.

The Video

Editor will support the creation of engaging video content for marketing, product education, and brand storytelling across digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include editing raw footage, adding transitions and basic effects, synchronizing audio, and applying color correction and grading to maintain a consistent brand look and feel. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and design teams to translate concepts into video assets,



preparing short-form content for social media, and organizing video files for efficient workflow. Interns may assist with light motion graphics, straightforward animations, and adapting video content to multiple formats and aspect ratios.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with the ability to handle raw footage and create polished outputs.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading, with an understanding of visual consistency and basic color correction techniques.
- Capability in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create simple animations, titles, and visual assets that support brand messaging.
- Familiarity with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, After Effects or similar).
- Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling ability, and a portfolio or sample work demonstrating editing and design sense.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and respond to feedback constructively.
- Relevant coursework or training in film, media, design, communications, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
