Senior Video Editor

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Video Editor to join our team. This role demands advanced expertise in video editing, motion graphics, and storytelling. The ideal candidate will have significant experience producing high-quality, engaging content across digital platforms, while also mentoring junior editors and driving innovation in our video production process.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end editing process, transforming raw footage into polished, engaging video content for digital, social media, marketing campaigns, and corporate presentations.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver impactful visual stories aligned with brand strategy.
- Enhance videos with advanced motion graphics, animations, visual effects, and sound design.
- Supervise, guide, and review the work of junior video editors to maintain quality and consistency.
- Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple video projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Maintain and organize video assets, archives, and post-production workflows.
- Perform final quality checks, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, technical standards, and creative excellence.




- Stay updated with emerging editing techniques, video trends, and software updates to bring fresh ideas into the team.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Digital Media, Communications, or equivalent qualified experience.
- 3+ years of professional experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing advanced storytelling, editing, and motion design skills.
- Mastery of industry-standard editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent software.
- Proficiency in motion graphics, animation, and visual effects (After Effects or similar tools preferred).
- Strong knowledge of video formats, codecs, compression, and export standards across digital platforms.
- Expertise in color correction, grading, and audio post-production.
- Exceptional attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to take ownership of projects and mentor team members.

Languages Required : Hindi, English, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu.

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
