Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Video Editor & Graphic Designer to produce polished, high-quality visual content for our brand. You will be responsible for short-form video editing (Reels/Shorts), long-form content, color correction and grading, visual branding, and digital graphics.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Assembly: Edit high-retention Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and full-length content videos with seamless cuts and dynamic pacing.

Color Correction & Grading: Perform precise color correction (white balance, exposure, skin tones) and apply creative color grades to establish a consistent, cinematic look across all video assets.

Graphic Design & Branding: Create on-brand social media graphics, promotional materials, thumbnails, and visual identity assets while maintaining strict brand guidelines.

Motion Graphics & Audio: Integrate typography, custom overlays, sound design, sound leveling, and transitions to maximize viewer retention.

Content Optimization: Adapt video ratios (9:16, 16:9,



1:1) and visual styles tailored specifically to target platforms.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Software Proficiency: Advanced skill in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve (or Premiere Color Wheels/Lumetri Color), Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.

Color Correction Expertise: Strong eye for color accuracy, scope reading (vectorscopes, waveform), LUT application, matching footage across multiple camera angles, and skin-tone balancing.

Proven Portfolio: A showreel showcasing short-form viral edits, color-graded footage before/after samples, and brand design projects.

Platform Knowledge: Solid grasp of social media trends, visual hooks, aspect ratios, and export specs for web and mobile delivery.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
