Role Description

We're looking for a talented and passionate Video Editor to join the FeedLab team full-time, on-site in Delhi. As a Video Editor at FeedLab, you'll be at the heart of our content production pipeline — transforming raw footage into polished, compelling visual stories for social media, brand campaigns, reels, and digital platforms. You'll work closely with our creative directors, strategists, and production team to bring ideas to life with precision, pace, and purpose.

What You'll Do

- Assemble and edit raw footage into engaging, platform-ready video content
- Apply color grading to ensure consistent visual tone, mood, and brand feel
- Integrate motion graphics, titles, and visual effects to enhance storytelling
- Sync audio, perform basic sound cleanup, and fine-tune pacing and transitions




- Collaborate closely with directors, producers, and the creative team to deliver on brief
- Maintain organized project files and adhere to brand guidelines across all outputs
- Optimize and export content for multiple formats — Reels, YouTube, ads, and more
- Stay updated on content trends, platform algorithms, and editing styles

What We're Looking For

- Strong hands-on experience in video editing and post-production
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools — Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro
- Solid color grading skills with a strong eye for visual consistency and quality
- Ability to create and integrate motion graphics that elevate the story
- Good understanding of sound design, audio syncing, and export formats
- A sharp visual sense, strong storytelling instinct, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant background in film, media, animation, or communication — or equivalent practical experience
- A portfolio or showreel that demonstrates your editing, grading, and motion graphics work

Experience with social media content, brand films, or performance ad creatives is a strong advantage.
