Role Description

We're looking for a high-ownership Video Editor who understands attention economics, social-first storytelling, and how AI is reshaping post-production. You'll edit high-retention short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid ads- crafting strong hooks, sharp cuts, and scroll-stopping pacing. The role involves motion graphics, kinetic typography, basic color grading, sound design, and designing quick creatives/thumbnails in Photoshop.





You'll work closely with content strategists, creators, and performance teams, managing multiple edits daily while maintaining quality and brand consistency. AI-first editing is non-negotiable - you'll actively use AI tools for captioning, upscaling, cut detection, and workflow automation to work faster and smarter.

Eligibility

-2 or above years of professional video editing experience.

-Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve

-Deep understanding of Instagram & YouTube content formats, aspect ratios, safe zones, and platform-specific delivery

-Solid audio editing skills (music selection, sound effects, clean syncing)

-Detail-oriented, fast turnaround ability, and an ownership mindset

-Experience with social media agencies, creators, or performance-driven brands is a plus

-Curious and adaptive, especially with AI tools
