This role owns fast-turnaround video editing for a growing D2C brand's performance marketing and social content, with graphic design as a secondary skill to round out the creative output.

What You'll Own

Video Editing (Primary)

- Edit short-form video content for social media (Reels, Shorts) and paid ad campaigns
- Edit long-form content for YouTube, brand films, or product videos as needed
- Turn creative briefs from the marketing/performance team into high-performing video ad creatives — hooks, pacing, captions, transitions
- Work within a fast, iterative testing cycle — multiple creative variants for A/B testing on ad platforms
- Add subtitles, motion graphics, sound design, and color correction as needed
- Maintain an organized library of raw footage, templates, and finished assets

Graphic Design (Secondary)
- Design supporting static creatives — social media posts, banners, product images, packaging mockups
- Maintain visual/brand consistency across video and graphic content
- Support the marketing team with quick-turnaround design requests (festive campaigns,



promotions, etc.)

Collaboration & Process
- Work closely with the performance marketing executive to align creative output with what's converting
- Maintain a rolling content/creative calendar to keep the pipeline consistently stocked
- Take feedback quickly and iterate without compromising turnaround time

Requirements Must-have

- 1-3 years of experience in video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)
- Working knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva)
- A strong portfolio/reel showing video editing work, ideally for social media or D2C brands
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume creative testing setting

Good to have
- Experience editing specifically for performance/ad creatives (not just brand/organic content)
- Basic motion graphics or After Effects skills
- Experience with short-form content formats (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style edits)
