ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a creative Video Editor & Content Creator who can both shoot and edit professional video content for our digital platforms.

The candidate should have a good understanding of social media content formats and be comfortable creating content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms

. You will work closely with the marketing team to plan, shoot, edit, and publish engaging content that promotes our brand and products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Plan and shoot video content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging content specifically for Instagram Reels, Stories, and other short-form platforms .

- Shoot and edit high-quality landscape videos for YouTube and other long-form content .

- Edit raw footage into engaging and professional videos with proper pacing, transitions, text, subtitles, music, sound effects, and graphics.
- Create Reels, YouTube videos, promotional videos, product videos, educational content, and corporate videos .

- Handle basic camera setup, framing, lighting, audio, and shooting techniques.
- Understand how to shoot and frame content appropriately for different social media platforms .

- Repurpose long-form content into engaging short-form videos when required.
- Add motion graphics, animations, titles, and visual effects to make content more engaging.
- Work with the marketing team to develop video concepts and content ideas.
- Maintain consistency with the company's branding and visual identity.
- Review and modify videos based on feedback from the marketing and management teams.




- Stay updated with Instagram, YouTube, and social media trends, editing styles, and content formats .

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Strong knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools .

- Ability to shoot videos using a camera, smartphone, or other recording equipment .

- Good understanding of video framing, composition, lighting, audio, and basic cinematography .

- Ability to create both short-form and long-form video content .

- Good understanding of transitions, color correction, sound editing, subtitles, and motion graphics.
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of visual storytelling.
- Ability to understand what type of content works best for different social media platforms .

- Positive communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Degree/Diploma in Visual Communication, Multimedia, Animation, Film Making, Media, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
2. Freshers can apply if they have strong video shooting/editing skills and a portfolio/showreel .

3. Candidates with experience in social media content creation, YouTube, Instagram Reels, or digital marketing will be preferred.
