Role Description This is a full-time, in office Video Editor and Motion Editor role based in Manesar. The role involves editing and assembling raw video footage into polished content for educational, promotional, and career-focused digital platforms.

The Video

Editor and Motion Editor will create motion graphics, titles, transitions, and visual effects that enhance storytelling and brand consistency.

Responsibilities include collaborating with content, design, and marketing teams to understand project goals, managing multiple projects and timelines, and ensuring all deliverables meet quality, format, and platform requirements.



The role also involves maintaining organized file structures, following brand guidelines, and suggesting creative ideas to improve video and motion assets.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in video editing using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Proficiency in motion graphics and visual effects using software such as After Effects or comparable tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and translate briefs into compelling visual content.
- Understanding of digital content formats and best practices for web, social media, and learning platforms.
- Attention to detail, strong sense of timing and pacing, and ability to maintain brand consistency across projects.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, animation, design, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in video editing or motion design in an agency, production house, or digital content environment is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Manesar and manage deadlines in a fast-paced, project-driven setting.
