We are looking for a Video Editor & 3D Motion Graphics Designer who can transform ideas, footage, 3D assets, and creative concepts into engaging, high-quality visual content for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit high-quality videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Edit promotional videos, brand videos, advertisements, product/service videos, and social media content.
- Transform raw footage into engaging and visually compelling content.
- Create 3D motion graphics, animations, transitions, camera movements, and visual effects.
- Develop 3D animated visuals and motion-based content for marketing and brand campaigns.
- Create engaging 3D product, architectural, setting, and promotional visualizations where required.
- Animate 3D objects, text, logos, environments, cameras, and other visual elements.
- Add motion graphics, text animations, subtitles, sound effects, music, VFX, and compositing.
- Create strong hooks, pacing, and visual storytelling to improve audience retention.
- Adapt videos and 3D content into different aspect ratios and formats for various platforms.
- Work closely with the marketing, content, design, and creative teams to understand campaign requirements.
- Coordinate with designers, 3D artists, photographers, content creators, and other team members to collect required assets.
- Select appropriate music, footage, visuals, sound effects, and animation styles to enhance storytelling.




- Maintain consistency with Sthyra’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Create multiple versions of videos and motion graphics for different campaigns and audiences.
- Review edits, incorporate feedback, and deliver final projects within deadlines.
- Organize and maintain video footage, 3D assets, project files, source files, and editing resources.
- Stay updated with video editing trends, 3D motion design, animation styles, social media formats, and emerging creative technologies.
- Explore AI-powered video, animation, and creative tools to improve production speed and content quality.

Required Skills

- 1–2 years of professional experience as a Video Editor, Motion Graphics Designer, 3D Motion Designer, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Strong knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
- Hands-on experience with 3D software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, animation, rendering, and camera movement.
- Strong understanding of short-form video editing and social media content.
- Strong sense of timing, pacing, composition, visual storytelling, and animation principles.
- Ability to create engaging hooks and visually compelling content.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, typography, color correction, compositing, VFX, and sound design.
- Ability to work with different video formats, resolutions, aspect ratios, and rendering requirements.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
