Video Editing & Content Creation Intern

Crucible Studio is a boutique branding and marketing consultancy working across social media, branding, content creation, influencer marketing, performance marketing, and web development.

We're looking for a creative Video Editing & Content Creation Intern who understands short-form content, has an eye for visuals, and can turn ideas into engaging Reels and social media content.

What You'll Do

- Shoot Reels, short-form videos, photos, and behind-the-scenes content for Crucible and our clients.
- Plan shots, framing, angles, lighting, transitions, and basic shot lists.
- Edit raw footage into engaging, platform-ready Reels using CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, or similar tools.
- Add captions, music, transitions, effects, hooks, and other elements to improve retention.
- Research trending Reel formats, sounds, hooks, and visual styles.
- Help develop Reel concepts and turn them into finished content.
- Assist during on-site video shoots, photoshoots, and client content shoots.
- Create or assist with Canva posts, carousels, stories, and other social media creatives when required.
- Support content calendars, creative research, and day-to-day social media requirements.

What We're Looking For
- Strong interest in Reels, short-form video, content creation, and social media.
- Comfortable shooting videos using a smartphone or camera.
- Good understanding of framing, composition, pacing,



and visual storytelling.
- Comfortable with basic-to-intermediate video editing.
- Familiarity with CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, Canva, or similar tools.
- Good visual taste and attention to detail.
- Creative and able to generate content ideas independently.
- Comfortable working on-site and during client shoots.
- Proactive, reliable, and willing to learn.

Prior professional experience isn't mandatory. Personal Reels, Instagram pages, college projects, YouTube videos, edits, or other creative work are welcome. On-Site Requirement

This is not a fully remote internship. You must be available in Delhi for scheduled video shoots, photoshoots, client shoots, and other content-production activities. Day-to-day work may have flexibility depending on the project.
