MONZ Creative School is an EdTech focused on building industry-ready creative professionals through practical, skill-based learning. We are looking for a Video Editor Mentor who can combine strong editing skills with the ability to guide and train aspiring video editors.

Role Overview

As a Video Editor Mentor, you will be responsible for teaching students practical video editing skills, guiding them through projects, and helping them develop the confidence and technical knowledge required for the creative industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct practical and engaging video editing training sessions.
- Teach students video editing concepts, workflows, and industry practices.
- Guide students through real-world projects and assignments.
- Provide constructive feedback and help students improve their editing skills.
- Demonstrate professional editing workflows and creative techniques.
- Stay updated with current video editing trends and industry standards.
- Assist students in developing a strong portfolio and project work.




- Create a positive, interactive, and professional learning workplace.

Required Skills
- 6 months – 1 year of hands-on experience in video editing.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro , After Effects, Davinci Resolve, Adobe Audition.
- Understanding of video editing principles, transitions, effects, audio, and storytelling.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and working with students.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.

Preferred
- Experience working on social media videos, reels, advertisements, or promotional content.
- A portfolio showcasing video editing work.
- Prior training, mentoring, or teaching experience is a plus.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
