Role Summary

McCoy Architectural Systems Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Vice President – Operations to lead the end-to-end operations of its Façade Division. The role will be responsible for design engineering, production planning, manufacturing, project execution, quality, cost control, and timely delivery of façade projects.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in façade systems, including curtain walls, unitized and stick systems, glazing, aluminium cladding, ACP, skylights, and related building-envelope solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Façade Division.
- Oversee design engineering, shop drawings, structural coordination, detailing, and technical approvals.
- Lead project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, procurement coordination, and execution.
- Manage production planning, factory operations, capacity utilisation, productivity, and delivery commitments.
- Ensure seamless coordination between design, estimation, procurement, production, site execution, and commercial teams.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure timely completion.
- Establish systems for design review, drawing approvals, material release, production control, and site installation.
- Ensure compliance with approved specifications, project drawings, applicable codes, and client requirements.
- Drive quality assurance and quality control across design,



fabrication, finishing, dispatch, and installation.
- Implement lean manufacturing, process improvement, waste reduction, and productivity-enhancement initiatives.
- Control project costs, margins, wastage, rework, variations, and operational expenses.
- Review vendor and subcontractor performance and support strategic sourcing decisions.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, environmental, and statutory requirements at factories and project sites.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of engineers, planners, production managers, project managers, and site personnel.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Present regular operational, financial, project, and performance reports to senior management.
- Support business development, tendering, technical proposals, and strategic growth of the Façade Division.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Production, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Postgraduate qualification in Operations, Project Management, or Business Management is preferred.
- 18–25 years of progressive experience in façade, aluminium, glazing, construction, infrastructure, or building-envelope operations.
- Minimum 8–10 years in a senior leadership role overseeing design, production, and project execution.
- Proven experience managing large-scale façade projects and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong understanding of façade materials, systems, fabrication processes, installation methods, and testing requirements.
- Experience with ERP/MIS systems, project planning tools, and engineering/design software.
- Willingness to travel to project sites, factories, client offices, and vendor locations as required.
