Role & Responsibilities

- Handle OPD consultations, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-ups.

- Perform and assist in routine, soft-tissue, and emergency surgeries.

- Manage anesthesia, pre-operative assessment, and post-operative care.

- Handle medical, surgical, and emergency cases independently.

- Interpret blood reports, X-rays, ultrasound, and other diagnostics.

- Monitor hospitalized and critical patients.

- Maintain accurate medical and surgical records.

- Communicate treatment plans and aftercare instructions to pet parents.

- Coordinate with veterinary technicians and hospital teams.

- Follow infection-control, sterilization, and patient-safety protocols.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- BVSc & AH / MVSc or equivalent qualification.

- Valid Veterinary Council registration.

- Experience in small-animal practice and surgery preferred.

- Strong knowledge of clinical medicine, surgery, anesthesia, and emergency care.

- Ability to independently handle both OPD and surgical cases.

- Positive communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills.

- Compassionate and responsible approach toward animal care.

- Willingness to work rotational shifts and handle emergencies.
