We are seeking a highly organized and technically adept VFX Production Supervisor for a client company to oversee our visual effects pipeline and lead our team of artists. The ideal candidate has strong roots in the industry, having started their career as a VFX Artist and grown within a studio workplace into a supervisory role.In this role, you will leverage your firsthand knowledge of the creative process, software limitations, and artist workflows to manage daily schedules, optimize resource allocation, and ensure all deliverables meet the highest creative standards on time and within budget.

Job Location - HSR Layout Bangalore (Work from Office for 6 days)

Requirement

- Experience: 8+ years of total experience in the VFX industry, with a proven track record of growing from a hands-on VFX Artist into a leadership or supervisory position.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of industry-standard software (e.g., Nuke, Maya, silhouette, Houdini, Unreal Engine) and production tracking tools like ShotGrid (Shotgun) or Ftrack.
- Firsthand Pipeline Knowledge: Strong grasp of the entire VFX lifecycle, including asset creation, animation, FX, lighting, and compositing.
- Leadership & Communication:



Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate creative teams while managing demanding stakeholder expectations.
- Problem Solving: A calm under pressure mindset, capable of quick decision-making in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the day-to-day production schedule, assign tasks to artists, and track the progress of all shots through the pipeline.
- Bridge Communication: Act as the vital link between upper management, directors, and the creative floor, translating artistic feedback into actionable technical tasks.
- Milestone Tracking: Monitor project milestones, anticipate potential bottlenecks, and adjust resources proactively to prevent delays.
- Utilize your background as a VFX Artist to troubleshoot technical pipeline issues alongside the IT.
- Conduct quality control/regular dailies and reviews to ensure all output aligns perfectly with the director’s vision before final review
- Coach junior artists, provide constructive feedback on workflows, and foster a collaborative team culture.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
