Role Description The Venture Partnership Analyst will support the evaluation, execution, and monitoring of venture investments and strategic partnerships. This full-time hybrid role is based in Mumbai, with a mix of in office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and financial research, preparing investment memos, building and maintaining financial models, and assisting in due diligence on prospective investments. The role also involves tracking portfolio performance, preparing internal and external reports, and coordinating with founders, investors, and internal stakeholders. The analyst will contribute to strategic advisory initiatives,



support partner meetings with data-driven insights, and help refine the firm’s venture theses and sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including financial modeling, valuation, and data analysis.
- Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking in venture or related domains.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear memos, presentations, and reports.
- Solid understanding of venture capital, startup ecosystems, and investment processes.
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant research tools; familiarity with CRM or deal-tracking software is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA) are a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment in Mumbai, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated interest in technology, innovation, and early-stage companies; prior internship or work experience in investment banking, consulting, or VC/PE is beneficial.
