Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Find current clients by partnering with auto dealers, using direct marketing, or calling prospective buyers.
- Customer Service: Explain loan terms, interest rates, and monthly payment options based on what the buyer needs.
- Application Processing: Collect financial documents, check credit history, and verify customer details to see if they qualify for a loan.
- Internal Coordination: Work with the credit and operations teams to speed up loan approvals and final money disbursement.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals set by the bank or financial institution
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduation
- Willing to travel
- 2 wheeler License is mandatory
