We are looking for an experienced Veeva CTMS / Clinical Systems Specialist with strong hands-on experience in managing clinical trial activities and data within Veeva CTMS.

The candidate must also have practical experience in UAT scripting, system validation, change management/change control, and end-to-end process ownership.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain clinical trial activities and study data within Veeva CTMS.
- Own CTMS processes covering study, country, site, milestone, visit, and related clinical trial information.
- Prepare and execute UAT scripts, test scenarios, and test cases for CTMS enhancements and system changes.
- Participate in system validation, testing, defect resolution, and production-release activities.
- Manage change requests/change controls from requirement gathering through testing and implementation.
- Take end-to-end ownership of CTMS processes, ensuring data quality, compliance, and timely updates.




- Coordinate with business, clinical operations, technology, and validation teams.
- Work directly with US/European clients and stakeholders.
- Support process improvements, system enhancements, SOPs, and documentation.

Mandatory Requirements

- 7–10 years of relevant experience; strong candidates with 6+ years can be considered.
- Solid hands-on experience with Veeva CTMS / Veeva Vault CTMS.
- In-depth knowledge of managing clinical trial data and activities in CTMS.
- Hands-on experience with UAT scripting and execution.
- Hands-on system validation/validation testing experience.
- Experience with change management / change control/system enhancements.
- Demonstrated end-to-end process ownership.
- Experience working directly with US or European clients/stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Comfortable working in a permanent US shift.

Important: Candidates with only Veeva eTMF/TMF, CRA, CRC, or clinical operations experience without hands-on Veeva CTMS + UAT + Validation + Process Ownership should not be considered.
