Support the Portfolio Delivery Lead with all activities related to Portfolio Programme Management Business Cases NFRs Clarity
Maintain the CAIO Clarity structures and hierarchies across the GBGF governed portfolio ensuring any legacy structures for CAIO are archived and the hierarchy supports the current Change the Bank portfolio
Support Value Streams in NFR CIA completion
Collating and analysing Value Stream data for reporting purposes ensuring deliverable is consumable for senior stakeholder
Leadership Teamwork
Be an active and engaged member of the GCIO Portfolio Accountability team
Experience in managing organisational transformation and project portfolio management with a track record of driving results in complex matrixed organisations
Strong track record of programme roles within the financial services industry preferably within multinational banks
Some understanding of Technology operational management requirements for banks and knowledge of the external environment regulatory political competitor and market
Analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and make datadriven decisions to drive business outcomes
Financial and commercial awareness
Ability to manage and mitigate operational risk effectively
Ability to develop and maintain long term relationships with highly critical stakeholders internally and externally
Understanding of client and its strategy structures and processes
Clear understanding of technology delivery methodologies realworld applicability challenges
Strong experience and understanding of project management to understand the data and its correlation
Expertise in various estimation techniques in multiple realworld scenarios
