This is a mid-senior level Quality, Validation & Reliability leadership role for Heat Pump products. From a Talent Acquisition perspective, the ideal candidate is not a design engineer , but someone who can take ownership of product quality, validation testing, supplier quality, certifications, and reliability improvement throughout the product lifecycle.

Role Summary The Validation & Reliability Lead will be responsible for ensuring that Heat Pump products:

- Meet performance requirements

The person acts as a bridge between R&D;, Quality, Suppliers, Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Customers.
