We're looking for a UX Designer to own end-to-end product design — from problem framing and user flows through to high-fidelity UI and developer handoff. This is a hands-on IC role on a small design team: you will be the design presence in Gurugram, working directly with Product Managers and engineers here, and reporting to our Senior Designer in the US.
Professional Skills
- Robust command of Figma — components, variants, auto layout, prototyping, shared libraries
- Interaction design and information architecture fundamentals: hierarchy, layout, typography, states
- Ability to design within an existing design system rather than inventing per screen
- Comfortable designing data-dense screens — tables, dashboards, filters, settings
- Clear written and verbal English; can explain a design decision to a US stakeholder without a meeting
