ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have good proficiency in Figma and hands-on experience designing intuitive, visually compelling user interfaces for both mobile apps and websites.

You will work closely with our development and client teams to convert business requirements into clear, practical, and user-friendly designs that align with our company's vision of delivering tailor-made, client-focused digital solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

UI/UX Design (Apps & Websites)

- Design clean,



intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces for mobile apps (iOS/Android) and websites.
- Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma.
- Translate business requirements and client concepts into structured, user-friendly design solutions.
- Simplify complex workflows and improve overall usability and clarity.
- Maintain consistency across all product experiences and platforms.

Figma & Design Systems

- Build and maintain component libraries, style guides, and design systems in Figma.
- Ensure designs are scalable, reusable, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

User-Centered Design

- Conduct basic user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, usability testing, and client inputs.
- Focus on maximising user engagement and conversion through thoughtful design.

Collaboration & Communication

- Work closely with product managers and developers.
- Present design concepts and rationale to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Incorporate feedback while maintaining design quality and usability standards.

Continuous Improvement

- Stay updated with latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- Contribute to improving overall product experience and design standards at Weblabs.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

- 1–2 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience (mobile apps and websites).
- Good proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, design systems).
- Strong portfolio showcasing app and website UI/UX projects (please share portfolio link with application).




- Valuable understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Robust visual thinking and attention to detail.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and open to feedback.
